Hello, ! Welcome to the Creating Your Life course.
This course is designed to help build discipline and skill through daily practice, so be sure to schedule your time accordingly. Each day you will have a lesson to do, with one or more videos to watch and a variety of assignments to complete. You should plan on spending about 30-60 minutes a day for the first week, as the lessons are designed to guide you through thinking about your desires and starting creating your first goals.
After the first week, lessons will be a little shorter, so expect to spend between 10-20 mins a day doing a lesson, as well as some time to complete your assignments and action steps.
