To subscribe, visit our course description page or select “Subscribe” from the “Creating Your Life” menu, and choose the subscription option that works best for you. You’ll need to complete a standard checkout process, and an account will be created for you to log in and access the course content. You will be emailed a receipt and login details.

We offer multiple subscription options, from monthly to yearly, and the price is slightly different for each. The most popular option is $130/month, allowing you to continue to benefit from the structure the course provides as long as you remain subscribed. The annual subscription of $1300/year has the same benefits as the monthly, but will save you $260 over 12 months. We also offer a course-only, non-subscription option for those who would like to just take the course without a recurring payment. The cost is $428/once which covers three months of access to the course and all it features. You can see a complete list of options and instructions for subscribing on our subscription page.

Along with the course itself, your subscription gives you access to our monthly “Conversations with Robert”, where you’ll join fellow students in discussing their experiences with each other and the creator of the course. As long as your subscription remains current, you can continue to access the course content, attend the conversations, and create new charts. The course can be reset if you want to go through the experience more than once (many do).

When your subscription ends for any reason, your account and all your associated data remains on the server, however you do lose access to it. Should you decide to renew your subscription, your course progress is resumed where you left off with all your completed assignments and associated data intact. Please refer to your privacy policy for more information about how we handle your data. If you’d like us to remove your account and all personal data, email your request to support@creatortools.net.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset your password by entering your email address and following the instructions. If you know your password and want to change it, Log in and select “Account details” from the links on the left hand side. There you can update your personal information and change your password.

You can email us at support@creatortools.net to open a support ticket. We try to respond to help requests as quickly as possible, although it can take as long as 24 hours depending on when the ticket is submitted.
