Master Structural Consultant Kira Higgs, who co-leads the Fundamentals of Structural Thinking (FST) course with Katharina Schütze, shares a bit about her background, what to expect as a participant in the FST, and how she got involved with Robert Fritz’s work.
Kira has an extensive history in finance, corporate communication, and strategy and teaches the portion of the FST that addresses the structural dynamics of organizations. The FST is taught twice a year, and the next online workshop will be April 23-26, 2026.
